jenius Posted June 27, 2018 Share Posted June 27, 2018 So bizarre thing, I pulled my 0D out for a group shot and I can no longer get the long slender missiles to peg in... it's as if the pegs on the wings have swollen or the slots on the missile have shrunk. I can slide the missile on but it gets pushed right off. Nine months or so when I had my 0D out last there wasn't an issue. Out of all the valkyries I own (close to 100), the Arcadia VF-0S is probably the best transforming valkyrie around. Even better if you spring for the PF version. The only drawback is the price tag. Finally got my 0S to 100% completion and fully decked out. Now on to the next project. Hikaru is just a placeholder for the eventual Arcadia SV-51. I just discovered a little gotcha on my VF-0S toy that I don't know if I've seen posted before. Firstly, the head will sit nicely nestled under the fuselage if the neck piece is rotated the correct way. If it's backwards, you get green goggles staring out. Get it right and it sits in with only the black part of the "hat" sitting out. Secondly, don't try to close the landing gear on the legs with the feet extended - there seems to be something in the mechanism that fouls on the strut part of the gear and it'll bend. it's the only plastic part of the gear leg so it should bend back but be careful. Looks too busy, too many stickers taking away from the overall look. i wish they released a version without the UN Spacy and 301. would look so much cleaner and i wouldn't worry about scraping it when transforming it.
