The package has been sitting in San Francisco for four days. 4540 yen. maybe it was bumped due to the protest on Friday. .. If it's in San Francisco then their DHL Express ServicePoint is at 401 23rd St which closes at 8pm. you can check and go pick it up if needed if you live in SF or close by. sqidd 6,063
So after messing with this forever this is as close as I could get. I cheated anime magic as much as I could. And for those playing at home I don't like the head lasers pointing forward. Couldn't do it. Well, I did it. I couldn't live with it. Now the question is what to do with the other Skull Squadron Valks on the shelf. They look pretty boring just standing there. The money shot One second before the money shot

I didn't have him vertival enough. I just made some adjustments. Thanks! Below is the DYRL/Skull Squad shelf in its entirety. For now. I have a naked VF-1S Max that's going where the VF-1A Hikaru is in Fighter mode. The Hikaru 1A is going behind the CF next to Kakazaki. Eventually all of these will be DX's. By December I think. Note the Yammies with DX hands.

nightmareB4macross 320
Wish I could say the same. I never had any issues with them before but the DX Strike Parts really left a black spot for me.

peter 385
Collapse the gunpod so you can tuck it in for a more realistic pose, almost as if the head is looking down the sights. Can almost get a proper a cheek weld.
peter 385
I still haven't mastered the kneeling position yet on these DXs.....its not easy but the goal would be to get it to look this good: http://www.macrossworld.com/macross/models/wf/wf_j_knee2.jpg

Angesdad 22
Retractable wings to be designed and incorporated for upcoming DX's Bandai . Ab-crunching Valkyries would be awesome. They can build in a pullout metal joint where the nose cone meets the cockpit at the rotation point! Edited September 29, 2020 by Angesdad
spanner 517
My Kakizaki finally arrived this afternoon. buying these things is exhausting..
MacrossJunkie 210
These things need a GERWALK-like joint for the knee or something so that the knee could extend and curve in to allow for the leg to bend at the knee greater than the roughly 90 degrees the transformable VF-1 toys from Arcadia and Bandai allow. spanner 517
Pain aside of dealing with NY and UPS woeful shipping I'm absolutely loving the Kakizaki variant! Shame about the "210" tampo stuff up but it doesn't bother me too much as everything else seems ok.

Yes the pilots for the movie versions are a bit chunkier and look and fit way better in the cockpit. I'm hoping they fix the tiny pilot issue for the TV versions.. they look like they took them from the 1/60 toys..

I mean compared to the hikkie pilot in the VF-1S, I was wondering if they used the same mold or they actually made an effort to make him chunkier, just curious thats all, since they made a difference between TV Roy n the rest of the TV pilots

I didn't look that closely at them. Just figured it was the same as the other Movie version pilots.
RedComet 51
If anyone needs Kaki and the SSP and Missiles to go with it, this is not a bad price. You would probably have everything in hand for about $510-530 shipped DHL https://buyee.jp/mercari/item/m36204410690
