Here is a Youtube tutorial:

Basically, you need to sand it with progressively finer grit sandpaper and then polish it so that it is clear again.

Watch also his next video where he applied Rubbing Compound for polishing.

I think you won't have the issue if you bought the real Valkyrie kit by Hasegawa.

All the Hase valks have this issue because of the 'accurately' represented bubble canopy. most aircraft models that accurately represent such canopies and were released around the time the VF-1's were have this issue... slide-molding wasn't really a thing then.

certain VF's do not have these seam-lines because their canopy is a completely different cross-section; SV-51 for example.

ahhhhhhh I see what you did there... this guy bought a "Robotech Veritech kit", not a "VF-1 Macross kit"... come on Slide.. I know you're with me on this one... come on...
