Did you primer the kit prior to anything? Did you also seal the kit with a finish of some sort? I couldn't tell since your detailing and panel lines are so incredible. I used to model AFV and I turned to model science ficsion work two years ago. My airbrush is made of Taiwan about $30,it performs not excellent,I could only use it carefully with my mini voltage regular. Washing lines with Zippo+oil colour(ivory black) just as I used to in AFV modeling. But it was hard to make the coat clear enough. Then I tried to use the enamel paint,but the surface didn't yet satisfed me at last this time. I sincerely hope sb can tell me how to wash clear? Clearly, as long as it has a few basic features, it's the user's skill that makes a paint job good or bad. And spraying white over the dark colours even turned out great - how many coats of white did it take? Fantastic work, inspires me to start my own battroids finally (maybe - too much of an airplane guy so far). Thanks so much for your excellent contributions to this board Totenkupf.
