What exactly are you looking for? The instructions are really well illustrated, so it shouldn't be a problem if you can't speak Japanese.

am sort of a (old) newbie rediscovering the hobby again! so, knowing will already make some mistakes(esp on painting, decalling), want to minimise confusion if there is a english guide.

will give it a try nevertheless!
