From Family Guy's Seth MacFarlane comes Ted, his first-ever motion picture, premiering on June 29. Ted stars Mark Wahlberg (like no one here knows who he is...), Mila Kunis (Meg in Family Guy, Mona Sax in Max Payne), Giovanni Ribisi (Parker in Avatar, Wade in Saving Private Ryan) and Jessica Barth (various voices in Family Guy), with Ted voiced by MacFarlane and narration done by Patrick Stewart (like anyone here doesn't know his name...). In the film, John Bennett's wish for his teddy bear to come to life comes true. Unfortunately, they've been living together for over 27 years, which severely affects John's relationship with his girlfriend Lori. In order for him to move on with his life, he tries to distance himself from Ted.

Early reviews have been positive so far, with a 72% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

And try out the video game Fists of Furry, where Ted dukes it out with other famous bears.

From Family Guy's Seth McFarlane comes Ted, his first-ever motion picture, premiering on June 29. Ted stars Mark Wahlberg (like no one here knows who he is...), Mila Kunis (Meg in Family Guy, Mona Sax in Max Payne), Giovanni Ribisi (Parker in Avatar, Wade in Saving Private Ryan) and Jessica Stroup (some hot chick in too many bad horror flicks), with Ted voiced by McFarlane and narration done by Patrick Stewart (like anyone here doesn't know his name...). Ted definitely had its moments (The. . . .umm. . . ."ending" to the check-out stand flirting was definitely one of them).

But I'd have to go with 21 Jump Street for best comedy so far in 2012. Messing with the stereotypes. Unexpected cameos. "F*CK YOU, SCIENCE!!"

. . . . .Of course, Prometheus probably trumps all with its comedic leaps of logic.

hated, hated, hated this movie. For some reason it did big over here, even though 98% of the "comedy" was American pop-culture references.

LMAO, just last month Seth MacFarlane was on Twitter bitching about all of the rain we were (finally) getting here in NM while trying to film his new movie. We've been in a drought for two years, maybe he could develop some better timing.
