Because that CG looked TERRIBLE. It's nice they're just going for it with the cartoon stuff though, after the idiotic Shredder-bot from the last one. I really liked the first one, so I'll be there opening weekend, Stephen Amell as Casey Jones works for me too. Turtles certainly look less "cluttered" this time around, and yes, almost a bit smaller, not as small or as drastic a change as I think they initially let on, but I'll take it, plus actual foot ninjas, not just dudes with guns. I still don't like the designs of the turtles themselves but I do like seeing that this time they are including a bunch of elements that TMNT is known for instead trying to do a new approach. Dio Posted December 16, 2015 Share Posted December 16, 2015 My expectations for the first one were so low I waited to rent it, and ended up buying the blue-ray because the wife and I enjoyed it so much. Suffice it to say, the sequel trailer has my interest very piqued. I don't find any confirmation with a quick web search, but it seems like we'll see Krang in this one - my guess is as an ending reveal to leave off for a sequel, however, and not a big presence.
