Hello again, as part 4 bit the dust due to more and more pics coming in, it's time for change. As stated in the title memebers can now place pictures of both 1/2000 and 1/3000 SDF-1 and other collections, whether they be made by Yamato, Bandai, Wave, Yellow SUb, and Hasegawa. They are all welcome.

You know, seeing that collection of Macross 7 Valks it's too bad there's no chance the MAXL Custom will be made because that literally breaks up the band. Though I'm not a fan of Macross 7 or any of those specialized Valks looking at this picture I could see other fans being disappointed they can't get the entire Sound Force squad in 1/60. They may not even attempt the minor modification to the VF-17 for the Nightmare Custom either actually.

Do you always keep vasaline hand lotion near your Valks? I also see a electric razor too. That's some good mecha porn. ^_^

I was just looking at your pics, they do look alike. I got mine at a local furniture shop here in town (I forget who the maker is) but I'm pretty sure its the same one that comes in a long box with a 1000 parts to assemble (aka IKEA style) but cheap and works well, your VF-19 pics are making want to get one now! B))

Sorry, but I would like to clarify, what is the difference between this thread and the strike pose thread?

Anyways, I was just taking some new pictures for the new opening for my reviews and took this:

I think the idea was that this thread was for people to show off their collections while the "pose" thread was more for pictorial type pictures, people showing off their camera skills, story telling, that sort of thing. But honestly, the two threads really do have a lot of overlap and I've never heard of people complaining about cross contamination before... so fire away and keep the mecha porn coming. ^_^

Hi 505THAIRBORNE check this pic out it's the 72" bookshelf that I got years ago back when I started out collecting the 1/48's, I do believe they are identical to each other to the one you have.

Thats the exact book shelf that I have too, I actually found the receipt and it showed the name Sauder Bookcase on it!! :D

The same store is having one of its usual sales. I might get another one soon so I have enough room to put my Bandai SDF-1 & Roy Focker TV Helmet out (other Macross, Mospeada & BSG stuff too), my 1st case is pretty full at this point. Hopefully next month there will be a Yamato 1/3000 SDF-1 on there too!!

Great minds think alike huh. :) Well at least you have the room for a second bookcaseI had to box the a vast majority of my 1/48,s to make room for the 1/60 and some other non macross items, I ended up getting a two shlf bookcase later for the others 1/60's. Geez if Yamato keeps this up I may have to get a house. :o

I think the new title should be the "All Macross Super Dimensional Collection(s) Thread" w/ subtitle "Everything and Anything Macross Related".

***Great collections everyone.
