The guy has only two character traits: stupidity and horniness. yeah, but i think this thread puts a premium on "sucess rate", if so ataru seems out of luck. And anyway, Ataru succeeded a lot in his dreams, and, this being Urusei Yatsura, sometimes those dreams became briefly true...
