Wow!! I wish I had that one, Is that considered to be a Rare item??

For me yes....(i've seen it 2 times) but i think you need to ask this question to specialists...

Veffidas, is it possible to see both side of your doujins please?

Concerning Macross Special featured volume 0 , this is it:

Interesting that Takatoku Toys selected the Toshimitsu Suzuki's illustration of the SDF-1 for their toy box art rather than a Takani illustration...guess they just wanted to use one illustrator for the toys vs. kits?

Oh my. Missiles from the nose sensor, and machine guns in the wing lights. I thought only Roboblech made mistakes like that.

Where did you get those 2 books JV?

Wonder if those books are available anywhere...

You mean the last 2?

Just copy the isbn numbers and search for them on amazon japan or other japanese bookstore that can ship int'l....

They are relatively new, so they should be easy to find.

Mr. Tachibana Kazuto has been a regular at comiket for several years now. He is one of the few artists who do non frontier Macross dojin on a regular basis. He has had a long career in 2D and 3D art for many games and anime so hes a bit more of a professional compared to other fans, and it shows in his work. I dropped in to say hi at his booth at comiket today and picked up his latest release, Remaster, which is a very limited run xeroxed and stapled dojin. The true form of dojin IMHO.

Thanks for the info on the artist...I do like how he illustrates Macross characters...

Do you know if his drawings are originally done in color?...these fanzines are mostly black and white...but I do believe I have seen some of them in color.....unless fans are adding the color?

He will usually start in black pencil, or color pencil outlines genga style(his black and white stuff could be color pencils xeroxed). Sometimes he does CG style full color. I'm not sure if fans have colorized his work, but its certainly possible.

I don't know. they are always in black and white. Unless it's intended for a book, magazine cover, or a program book
