Removing Panel Lining

You'll need something that dissolves graphite. You might go ok with the eraser, but finding a solvent that will remove the pencil but not the paint will be the trick.

Good news is that you can experiment on a spare piece of plastic and see what works nicely.

Try rubbing alcohol, 70 percent grade. Any stronger and it will remove paint.

I used it along with a q-tip to remove panel lines previously, and it seems to do a good job with graphite.
