  1. Happy Holidays: I've been working on creating a list of every single Macross kit in all scales (1/144, 1/100, 1/72, 1/48, etc) and materials (plastic, resin, vinyl, etc). The last (2) years were spent compiling links to every website/thread containing information/pictures about Macross kits. Anyone interested in assisting, please let me know. The ultimate goal will be to update the MW Model Section. http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/topic/10945-macross-172-scale-complete-list/ * If you have a list of your Macross model collection please send it to me via MW messenger to see i
  2. Hello, When was the first or last time you've seen a Macross resin variable kit built? (10) or more years ago perhaps. Personally, I've never seen anyone build the Yellow Submarine 1/100 VF-1S Strike variable. So, I figured it would make a nice challenging and very rare entry to the RTFK BITComp! Blue Roses Strike full variable resin kit built by Tom Kleban and assisted by yours truly. Decals custom made by Anasazi37 with much appreciation. Joints recently strengthened to permit better posing, etc. Please enjoy and let me know what you think. By the way, I'm looking
  3. Back in the pre-Hasegawa days, this was the best kit you're going to find of a 1/72 VF-1 Valkyrie. And now, thanks to Hasegawa, you can find these for a steal. Seriously, if you're paying more than ¥3500 for this now, you're getting ripped off. Only decals are the kites, skulls, and other miscellaneous markings. Everything else painted.
  4. OK, after only 9 months or so (I am NEVER doing another group build!!) I'm finally finished with all the kits from the Yellow Submarine "Macross Digital Mission VF-X" line (at least the fighters). All are resin cast, and 1/144 scale. 5. Looking for the rare Yellow Submarine/Club M VT-1. If anyone has it and is willing to part with it, please PM me.
  6. Well, this didn't take nearly as long to finish as I thought it would. Here's the 1/4000 scale SDF-1 Macross, DYRL version resin kit from Yellow Submarine. No decal work, everything painted. That's why I though it would take me a long time, especially with the ARMD's.
  7. Wow, two completed builds on the same page! Guess a heavily cut work schedule was good for something! Here's the latest addition to my collection. A 1/72 scale VT-1 Super Ostrich resin kit from Yellow Submarine & Club M. Yes, it's a bit dated compared to the Hasegawa's, but it's still fun to give these old kits a little love. Besides, I can always use more practice with resin. The Minmei figure did not come with the kit, it's one from Studio Starforge. As usual, more can be seen here.
  8. If anyone has a Yellow Submarine 1/144 scale Digital Mission VF-X kit they don't want, let's talk. (these are the ones that come with the launch bay) I already have the VF-1X. The VF-4 kit was my first ever resin build, but I gave it to a friend before I moved to Japan (the Art Director of Robotech:Battlecry)
