  1. Welcome to the MW thread for the under-appreciated SQUARE franchise of Front Mission. Personally, my first exposure to FM was FM 3 for the PS1. I was totally hooked on that game; the appeal of piloting a squad of fully customizable mechs in a world where such vehicles had actually succeeded in being an integral part of a modern battlefield added to an ungodly amount of hours to be spent on one videogame. After FM3, I went to play FM1, FM Gun Hazard, FM4 for the PS2, FM5, and just recently FM2. I would be remiss to not mention the small group of super-fans whose work allowed me to actually
  2. Is there a thread for this line of toys yet? They seem to offer about 70% of enjoyment of what you'd get in a 1/6 scale hot toys/enterbay release in at about 33% the price..and they take up less space. Any fans of this line here? I don't really (or haven't yet) collect figurines/figma (whatever poseable high quality figures are called) but I recently picked up my first one...the Dark Knight Trilogy Batman...for all of around $60. Totally worth it. I'm tempted to pick up the Joker and Cat Woman from the same line....Shame they don't include an unmasked face for Catwoman and they totall
  3. The Tomb Raider film franchise gets a reboot on March 16, 2018. Alicia Vikander (Ava in Ex Machina, Agent Lee in Jason Bourne) has been cast as Lara Croft. Also starring is Walton Goggins (Chris Mannix in The Hateful Eight, Billy Crash in Django Unchained) as the film's villain. Alicia Vikander's Tomb Raider Gets 2018 Release Date
  4. Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV is the latest CG animated film in the Final Fantasy franchise. It is directed by Takeshi Nozue, co-director of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children and features the voices of Aaron Paul (Jesse in Breaking Bad), Lena Headey (Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Ma-Ma in Dredd), and Sean Bean (the guy that dies in every other film, meaning he'll probably die here as well). The film opens in Japanese theaters on July 9 and will have a limited U.S. release on August 19. Official Site
  5. The MGS Big boss figures look good. But the halo reach ones don't look right. (here's hoping for a grayfox figure)
