  2. If this has been posted already please ignore but apparently Netflix is doing a Bastard!! anime:
  3. Am not a league of legends gamer, nor a netflix binge watcher. But Arcane has got me binge watching a few episodes so far. This show is a A-class example of how character animation should be approached. The facial expressions, movement all give weight and drama. And the world and scenes themselves are amazingly stylish yet, via the style, it conveys the worlds realism via shadows and highlights amazingly. Script is fantasy, steam punk but character development is well integrated without sacrificing pace. Kudos to the team for keeping me this engaged. No requirement to have played LoL to watch this show. But i do appreciate a 4K TV to show all the gorgeous imagery. 😄 whoa. sting...

  8. From Hollywood Reporter https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/sandman-tv-series-neil-gaiman-david-goyer-a-go-at-netflix-1220761 'Sandman' TV Series From Neil Gaiman, David Goyer — With Huge Price Tag — a Go at Netflix The drama, from Warner Bros. TV, landed at the streamer with what sources describe as a massive financial commitment and DC Entertainment's most-expensive TV foray ever. Neil Gaiman's beloved Vertigo comic Sandman is finally coming to the screen. More than three years after New Line's failed attempt to turn the graphic novel into a feature film, Netflix has signed what sources describe as a massive financial deal with Warner Bros. Television to adapt the best-seller into a live-action TV series. Sources familiar with the pact note it is the most expensive TV series that DC Entertainment has ever done. The drama has officially been picked up with an 11-episode order. Allan Heinberg (Wonder Woman, ABC's The Catch, Grey's Anatomy) is set to write and serve as showrunner on the straight-to-series drama. Gaiman, who created the ongoing monthly comic, will executive produce alongside David Goyer. Gaiman and Goyer were both attached to New Line's most recent attempts to adapt Sandman for the big screen. Gaiman, Goyer and Heinberg will co-write the premiere.
  9. From The Verge: Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous is the newest animated addition to the Jurassic Park franchise. The new Netflix series returns a group of unsuspecting teenagers to the dino-infested island of Isla Nublar, but this time, they’re going to travel to the opposite side of the island to visit “a new adventure camp.” You know what they say about visiting disaster-prone areas where people have died due to roaming bands of prehistoric predators — “Just try the other side of the island!” Unfortunately, this strategy doesn’t work, and the dinosaurs begin to wreak havoc. Who ever could have guessed? The six teens will have to band together, going “from strangers to friends to family if they’re going to survive,” according to a press release. The announcement comes with a five-minute preview — 30 seconds of Camp Cretaceous, and four and a half minutes of footage from previous Jurassic Park movies, showing how we got here. That means a ton of really cute footage of Blue, everyone’s favorite genetically modified dino, hanging out with Guardians of the Galaxy co-star Chris Pratt. Scott Kreamer (Pinky Malinky) and Lane Lueras (Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny) will serve as showrunners. Steven Spielberg, Frank Marshall, and director Colin Trevorrow are all set to act as executive producers on the series. This is one of the new projects to emerge from Netflix and DreamWorks Animation’s five-year deal, which has also produced She-Ra and the Princesses of Power and a Boss Baby spinoff series, and is due to produce a Fast & Furious animated series. Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous will debut in 2020.
  10. Solid Snake, is that you? POLAR is an upcoming film adaptation of the action noir comics series of the same name. It is directed by Jonas Åkerlund and based on a spec script written by Jayson Rothwell. The film stars Mads Mikkelsen, Vanessa Hudgens, Katheryn Winnick, and Matt Lucas. It is set to premiere on Netflix on January 25, 2019.
  11. Anyone watch this twisted little Choose Your Own Adventure tome? Didn't work with Apple TV, but was able to watch it on a smartphone. The story/(ies) are a fun little mind-frak to go through. But I should have remembered I was watching Black Mirror:
