I've spotted the double-chance special for sale at a store in Hong Kong. The dresses are translucent white and it comes with a certificate as this is a limited run of 100 only. Was pretty tempted although I have the whole regular set already, that was until I heard the asking price -- $12000!! (~US$1550)... gasp! That must be the highest of any single piece of Macross goods I've seen!

Yup, it is quite likely there isn't ever going to be new binders, so if anything it's probably easier to get extras now than later. Same here, I'm only asking the local bookstore where I get my Chronicle subscription from, to do it for me. They told me it should be fine although I might be charged for the postage. Not sure if I'll make the deadline though because this bookstore is slow and I'm only supposed to be getting #10 later next week, even if shipping is on time. Yea I have to agree with Gubaba it's quite a lot of troubles...

I haven't received the #10, but from their web site it appears that the binder stickers will just come with issue #11. There doesn't seem to be any "new" binder release. i just got a 2nd binder myself too so hope this is correct! http://books.shopro.co.jp/macross/binder/index.html#second btw is anyone mailing in the first ten corners for the first batch of postcard present? In Japanese this kind of canned bread is referred as pain-can (pain as in the french word for bread), i.e. "pan-kan". The title written on the MacrossF can is "bu-do-kan", which is a play for name of the concert venue, Budokan, as the kanji for a can (kan) and for a hall (kan) sound the same. I suspect this item is only sold at this concert? I actually grabbed 2 of these cans when I had the chance to go to the concert last week. Not sure if I will want to open the cans though. I still have 2 years to decide, the expiry date is Oct 2010!
