    Thank you Gabe Q . I need to finish the head before I can do bottom so I will start with that . After some response from the modeling section I think I will go " official" head ..... let's see where the model leads me

    Hi Guys I am doing a VF-0S( Fan works ) , and wanted to find out about the heads , there seem to be 2 heads . Maybe this is a stupid question ..... Which is correct ? The back of the heads look different , but both labeled as VF-0S heads . I

    Thx 3D-Brainx , The model should ,but it is a CAD model so when you converted it to poly's it becomes a very big file Small bit of progress again ....

    Been a while - real life very hectic , but I created solid model from nurbs an d carving out the shape to add fillets and detail later

    Thanks Zinjo Started modeling again - detailing's is a pain , I added the "foot" and did some work there . Slow going ...

    I need some advise I am looking at the front "cut"out , there is not good detail on this - am i going the right way or is this wrong?

    I have been constructing the cutting lines , so each panel can then be cut from the solid model - I get asked about NURBS modeling a lot , so here is some detail of how the lines look and then how it is used. Old school Will post the finished "leg" that is filleted next ....

    Wow - learned a lot from one comment - never to old to learn.I hope we see this 1/20 VF-1 soon . Lucky all my 3D models are in CAD format so any scale is possible

    Thank you for the feedback , in my part of world( South Africa) not a lot of "Aircraft" models in 1/20 all British and American scales
