that's a nice schematic you got there and i got to agree that there is serious distortion in the city however, i thought that the city located in the legs was connected to another portion in the torso? is the torso all UN HQ or another possible extension of parks and residential areas? Why do they have cars in the first place if they were only gonna run for 300 meters back and forth the city...

Any idea on what length is the sdf-1's main cannon? the macross is 1.2km in length so I was wondering on how much is allocated to macross city including un spacy hq?

I played the DYRL just recently. It was a pretty decent shooter and it really made me feel relive the movie again. I just had a thought at the back of my head that the narration with the new opening scenes should be included for a new Macross DYRL version if they ever decide to do that. I think it bridges the gap why macross is in saturn in the first place. Just wanna ask if somebody here can provide a clear direct translation of the opening narration and the narration after the space fold?

Does the DYRL HD Remastered contain the intro japanese texts ant cut scenes from the dyrl video game prior to the scene where the 2 zentradi talk?

The VF-171 kicks alien butt! It was pretty cool and it had a pin point barrier system for power punches.hehe, I think that pilot in ep. 14 was the survivor from galaxy... It really did look like the vf-17, although it has a slim battroid design

Maybe that the WTF-1 is another WTF-1 of different origin. The Macross that crashed on earth was under the supervision army. An episode of the original macross during the factory satellite operation revealed that a similar macross class was spotted but they had to avoid it because it might be booby trapped. So I'm thinking that there are more than just 1 WTF-1s on the galaxy. This must be a supervision army relic. stay tuned for the next episode....

The Vajra are anti-UN forces...check this out...the octos mecha in macross zero transform like the red type vajra...the big machine in the VFX-2 game that is 4 legged is similar to the octos and red vajra,is also anti-un property....In macross 0 dr. hassford got a blood sample from sarah nome, the anti-un forces have kept the existing data from dr. hassfords studies of the mayan island and the birdhuman, those who survived space war I have new anti-un followers aboard macross galaxy...maybe through genetic manipulation and experiments, they developed sheryl nome as a clone of sarah to sing the song of destruction...the vajra are the smaller or production versions of the birdhuman. since the vajra are biomechanical. how they got the data to produce the vajra is probably because someone working with aries is a double agent aboard the Asuka in macross zero stole the data with the blood dripping from the birdhuman...he/she survives space war I also. sheryl must be the puppet of the anti-un and uses her celebrity image as a front because in the end, after destroying macross frontier, the anti-un who i think is composed of zentran, meltrans, humans and even zolans will strike at the many different fleets scattered across the galaxy to take over the NUNS.

Hi guys! Can somebody here give me an overview of the plot of Macross VFX 1 and 2? What about M3 in the dreamcast? Is it true that VFX2 is related to frontier and are these games canon and have any historical significance in the macross timeline?

Regarding Battroid/Gerwalk controls:\ MF showed us how hands are used in battroid and gerwalk, in episode 2 alto presses several buttons in the stick to pick-up ranka lee. Maybe that's how Roy threw a rock as a dummy for Ivanov in M0 and how Hikaru grabbed Myn mei in SDF 1. These are probably basic controls in grabbing other objects That however still doesn't answer how Isamu flipped his gun and used it to club Gould in MPlus episode 2. Does he flip a switch which commands melee combat?Or the 2 handed attack with the bayonet for that matter. Real world combat fighters like eurofighter and jsf and F-22 have voice commands for displays and weapons management. This I suggest is a probable answer when Battroids do too humanoid actions in combat. Another point to ponder on is how Battroids do different poses. Maybe from 2040 beyond as 1 of our forum mates suggest that the computer linked to the pilot via his helmet help him choose what poses or actions to do and that translates how the Vf would move in battroid.... maybe an old system of pre-BDI technology is used to do human actions like kneeling.. I don't think pulling back the throttle and pressing both pedals are an answer to that. Or how michael's Vf touched his cheek when klan slapped him. how about alto doing that kabuki pose? O yeah just a thought...in SDFM, max used zentradi clothes, was there a program in the computer to do that using pedals, throttle and stick? There's just too many questions, I wonder if Kawamori can answer that........i have a feeling it's anime magic.

Has anyone watched the opening sequence of macross frontier? If you guys could notice in the intro,nearing the end of the clip, there was a female with what looks like face paint on her cheek.. is she a vajra or maybe protoculture? and there was a shot where a vf-25 silhoutte would meet with what looks like another variable fighter but not a vf-25 nor vf171...looks like more of the a protodeviln mecha from m7, ...any comments?

I was watching M0 again and we all know that with sheryl nome's singing, she was able to lift rocks and magically revive plants, and i noticed that they are able to connect telepathically,(pls. correct me if I am wrong.) the example was like mao shouting or trying to communicate with shin when he was going straight to sara...now here's the thing ....are the priestess of Mayan island or people from mayan islands anima spiritia? I didnt watch the whole of M7 but from what I read Basara is and Anima Spiritia, is it possible that he is a descendant from a surviving mayan villager?
