I think you are referring to the WAVE Ingram which looked pretty bad. The earlier pic of the Yamato one just shows the blueprint drawing that can also be seen in the background of the latest pic.

No sound but it doesn't matter since it's from a middle eastern channel so it's dubbed in Arabic. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kPStoVWquHI Some who have attended Botcon mentioned that Hasbro showed animation models of them in 2 colour schemes. Yellow and brown w/ yellow eyes and green and purple w/ red eyes and 'Con emblem so presumably they change colours when they go from neutral to 'Con. Also, we've seen a pic of Scrapper's head from some time back where he's in green with red eyes and the cropped butt crack Mixmaster image was also in green/purple so I wouldn't worry too much about the colours.

It's one of the Assemble Borg Revoltech subline figures. I not aware if there is any Assemble Borg backstory but afaik it's a LEGO style Revoltech thing where you mix and match parts to create different figures.

The rock band are characters from the manga Detroit Metal City. It's about a super shy kindergarten teacher who turns into totally different person when he suits up as Johannes Krauser II, the frontman for the death metal band D.M.C. A live action movie adaptation is being made.

I've never noticed this before but having just rewatched the ep with EVA-02's first appearance, EVA-02's entry plug hatch actually does open differently from EVA-01 and EVA-00.

I doubt the Rebuild version will have as many weapons as this one but it might come with the jet pack used in the air drop sequence that will be in the next movie. The head would also probably be resculpted to add in the horns on the top of the head and jaw/neck.

That problem was fixed ages ago. Only XS-01 EVA-01 TV Edition has the bad hip joint. XS-03 EVA-01 New Movie Ver. , XS-04 EVA-00 New Movie Ver. and Yahoo! Japan Exclusive 400% Synchro Ver. EVA-01 had perfect QC.
