To be honest. I really don’t know how to answer this. Because, I really don’t care about the condition of the boxes since I’m more concern on the condition on what’s inside. From what I received from NY, if it’s a Tamashii Web Exclusive item, then I’m comfortable that the box looks pristine since TWE shipped with the shipper box. Regular releases still looks fine for me. Sometimes it has small dents or dings in the corners. But not too biggie.
If you’re really that concern with boxes, I can’t recommend any online stores since you won’t have guarantee that you’re going to get a pristine box. The only thing you can do is order multiples from different stores and select the best one, then sell the rest. However, BBTS offers Package Grading. The only downside to that is not everything on sale in Japanese store they carry. If they do, it costs more than what Japanese store offers.

My experience with Mandarake has always been great.
They always put in the description if it’s used, open, or not. Just a heads up though. As a rule of thumb when using Mandarake, don’t expect to get a super mint nor a C-9 condition boxes.
For me, as long that the item inside is good and pristine and doesn’t smell tobacco (which sometimes they mention in the description), I’m good.

I didn’t know there’s a KO for MB Freedom. Thought it was just the Strike Freedom.

My only gripe on this whole debacle is that:
- We don't know if Bandai made enough since some of the shops cancelled orders.
- Nippon-Yasan for having crappy customer service which we already know since -- ever.
- And Nippon-Yasan not letting the customer know the real reason or their method on handling exclusive items. Which we will never know for sure. But somehow kind enough to reply even if it's just a generic copy paste response. Atleast this time they offer cancellation and store credit which they don't usually do.And I'm just going to stop right there. Why, because no matter how this will end, I'm still going to buy Bandai stuff. And probably still use Nippon-Yasan for exclusive items if I won't be able to get it somewhere.
It is what it is. The only time I'm going to hold grudge to this companies and stores included is that if I won't get my paid money back. Period.
Until then, I will still collect.

I haven't noticed the ventral fin until you mentioned it. And the tampos on the wing. Wow. I'm assuming the wing tabs will still be there.
Guess @Zx31 is right. They can just reuse the Fold Booster and have it repainted it for Kairos.

Hey Xigfrid. Yeah, sad to say they share the same shape somehow but different overall design.

Well, that's different because majority of VF-19 is almost the same as YF-19 except from minor stuff. The Fold Booster on the other hand, you really can tell that they're not the same design. And this is based from what you've posted -- 'reuse'.
You can reuse mold from VF-19 Advance to YF-19. However, you can't reuse the mold from YF-19's Fold Booster to VF-31's because they're not the same. Do we still need a comparison pic?

No worries. It's understandable. I asked the same questions too when I was still new on this preorder madness. I used to be on eBay and Amazon only before.

What I did:
1. Mask all transparent parts then add panel lines via wash and/or mechanical pencil.
2. Apply decals directly onto plastic surface, using Mr Mark Setter and Mr Mark Softer (as needed) to deal with any issues with silvering (usually only a problem on dark surfaces like the super parts).
3. Use weathering master for any additional detail.
4. Clear coat to seal everything in and remove masking tape.
5. Profit!
I don't transform my stuff much, but scratching hasn't been a huge issue. Of course stuff scrapes against each other, but that happens with a coat or not.
Thanks Lolicon! Well, we're on the same boat then. I'm lazy too. I mean, I already don't have too much time to do all the steps I mentioned, I rather have something that I know it looks nice custom but still keeping the easy-ness to transform it without worrying too much about the details I added. And to be honest I'm really not going for a museum type of display. I still want to treat it as a toy with just added details.

You still can. What Paypal does on their end is if your balance is short, they will automatically get it from your secondary source. Which I guess is your bank account.
You don't need to be afraid if your balance is short. Anyone can still preorder no matter how much you have. It's just a payment agreement on their end.

So, what would happen if ever they release an add-on parts later on for both Launcher and Sword packs. Would 2 Strike figure is enough? I mean, are you planning on displaying 3 modes at the same time? Or more of like one can be just switch which pack you want to add?
Hope they will announce that on the 25th (JST) regarding add-ons. So people can decide how many Strike they need.
