  1. Awesome it looks like in these pictures the legs sit pretty flush in fighter mode, not as high as it should be, but certainly enough to not look there's a huge gap there now. Still have to wait until March for my VF-25G to come out. Post more pictures!!
  2. Are the stickers just regular peel off and stick on or are they rub on stickers?
  3. Yo RavenHawk was there anything broken on your alpha? How is the paint?
  4. Hot damn someone ask him how he did the neck extension! We need answers and recast parts!
  5. Yaco's blog has put a short comparison gallery of the beagle vs. the toynami version. Seems the visor on the toynami color is also a darker blue than the beagle. I think I like beagle's more realistic attempt at capturing Stig's head and I also like the lighter blue visor. http://wildcats.pupui.jp/mt/archives/2008/...eview_pa_4.html
  6. What grade of sandpapers do you use to sand down and finish up parts? Do you dip the sand paper in water to clean off the excess residue from the plastic? Any big retailers or convience stores sell the testors dullcote? Wal-mart perhaps?
  7. Hey Vifam7 does the Testors Dullcote work well to cover up the remains of the marks made after you cut the piece from the runner?
  8. Nice mod! What did you use to make the neck look so much better if not a little too long?
  9. I'm glad to hear you can actually have the ankles semi retracted and still have a very stable battloid mode. However no ratchet joints? This is bandai who made this thing right? And no damn ratchet joints? What the hell. I hope those joints don't become loose and floppy some day. Now I'm not too sure how the stability of the toy will be when the add all those fast packs on it. Yo drifand could you take some pictures of the DX Alto with the ankles slightly retracted? Thanks.
  10. For the owners of the DX is there any ratcheting joints? Can the ankles be pushed up more and still be stable thereby eliminating those urkel ankles?
  11. Well the VF-25S neck looks better at full extension, but it still looks meh. VF-25G with fast packs for me.
  12. In all honesty the DX's do impress me except the VF-25S.......it just fails to deliver the goods.
  13. Well I do agree the head lasers should of been made of some really tough plastic or metal. Straight and hard is the way I like my head lasers. If that's as far as the VF-25S neck is going to extend I can only imagine how not hot the possible fully armored version will look.
  14. Man the final product looks great especially with all the fast packs on with all of their respective markings! However is that the extent to which the VF-25S's neck is going to go? Please tell me it can be pushed up further! At least all of over other VF-25s have a very prominent neck.
  15. Happy B day. May we have some pictures of the VF-25S neck and it in some good poses? Can the legs sit any higher in fighter mode? How sturdy?
  16. Man. In almost every picture I see of the toynami alphas the heads are always crooked or cocked awkwardly. I'm glad to see from the CDX review that the beta has some super clicky joints. HOT! Maybe I'll pick up a cheap MPC rook and get a red beta. What is the possibility of not getting an alpha with a crooked head or broken crap?
  17. I'm just thankful I pre-ordered my VF-25G and will be happily waiting for it in march. No VF-25S until I see proof of the full armor!
  18. Hot damn Shin thanks. Where are you getting all of these pictures from?
  19. Don't forget the small picture of the froating head himself!
