I had some LR626 which are supposed to be equivalent to 377/376 but they seemed to big. So I stuck some slightly smaller AG0 batteries and they worked liked charm!

Sounds like your copy was definitely rushed out the gates. I plan on ordering one from the 2nd batch and I'll report my findings when it comes in.

I'm glad in this movie, kyo- ani ditched that weird black smokey filter they placed over the tv series visuals. Here, all of the colors are bright and detail of each character shines through. Good stuff. -
Good to hear! Hopefully, they also affixed the hands together too in the 2nd batch. I'll probably order one when ShowZ gets back and I can get them to DHL it to me.

Here's small article that describes the Metal club raid: https://ggmara.blogspot.com/2020/04/3600.html Man, 5600 completed units were seized. It sucks most of these will probably be destroyed. Who knows whoever is in charge of destroying them might flip them for cheap. On the bright side, that 3P Sinanju's 2nd batch made it out and actually put it in actual packaging this time. Hopefully, they worked out some of the build kinks too.

Damn. While I only ever bought a 00 raiser from metal club, I appreciated them being around for folks who missed out on the official release and not wanting to pay astronomical secondary market prices. Bandai being quite aggressive as of late, first it was the ceast and desist to mo show, then it was the stop of KO MG kits, then the metal build digimon company, now metal club is under fire. Is JiangGao the same as metal club or are they a different group?

My copy of Kampfer is probably sitting next to yours in the Shanghai airport. Hopefully it makes its way out in the next month.......

That is a wise decision. Stick with domestic retailers for stuff for now.

ShowZ just put out a statement packages over 2kg aren't getting shipped out and are currently just chilling at the airport. And unfortunately, the 1/72 Kampfer is 3.5kg,........so yeah I'm not sure I will see Kampfer anytime soon or if at all.

I'd order this now, but sadly it will probably take 2 months for it to get to the states. Unless the shipper uses China EMS which would take only about 3 weeks.

My copy of Kampfer has been waiting in the Shanghai shipping exchange since the 18th of March. Today I finally saw some movement again, as it finally made it to the Shanghai airport.

I'll be on the lookout for US links. These days even the US retailers pre-orders go fast for popular MBs so keep your eyes peeled on this thread and retail sites. Bandai has been limiting stock even to US retailers lately to prevent overstock. Unit 02 is still available for slightly marked up prices, mostly from Bandai responding to the overwhelming amount of scalping for the EVA units. Lets get FREEDOMs for everyone who wants one.

Strike Freedom is still pretty good and doesn't need to be redone. I still wish the designer made the waists a little thicker and the feet a little bigger.

Ohhhh, but will it be transformable? Their quality is decent, but I think they need to work on their metal placement, joint tightness and some parts fitment a bit more to knock it out of the park.

I'd totally buy sinanju if it wasn't for fear of breakage in transit from how's packed by the producer.

I was able to take the screwcover off via a super thin hobby tool. Only a tiny corner was glued in. Now, to fix the rest of the thigh....
