Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to know if those who order from HLJ are having issues with their paypal payment system. I got a payment request from HLJ, but when I tried using the credit card option (I have done this many times in the past), it’s not accepting any of my Visa cards. I get an error message, “The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit card number”. I have been using my same visa cards from my previous orders and it worked fine before this happened. I tried this on different browsers, different computers, disabling SSL 3.0, etc… and I still get the same message. I contacted HLJ and I got an auto reply email that states that this is a payplay issue with this link.

So my question is, Are you guys see this issue? If so, how are you guys able to pay HLJ?

I've been hoarding the Kill la Kill final episode, for no particular reason but I will probably finally screen it this weekend. I'll be finishing Arpeggio of Blue Steel today and moving on to SAO II and Rail Wars.

I'm trying to get into Claymore, but so far, it's losing me...

If after watching episode 8 of Claymore doesn't grab you, then yea, the rest of the series won't. So try to get it that far in before you drop it :-)

I, too, have many of the same complaints about A/Z, but I have found it to be one of the best I've seen in quite some time.

The soundtrack finally got released on the 10th and I'm actually listening to it as I post this message. Yes, I had to download it to hear it, but I am definitely going to look into buying a legitimate copy, it's that good! LOVE the ending music for the series and the full track is completely badass.

After episode 11, it looks like they're gearing up for an episode 12 or 13 finale. If that turns out to be true, I will eagerly await any news of a new season. In the meantime, gonna let Log Horizon and Chaika keep me entertained for the fall.

SAO, while starting out strong, has really turned into a crawl. The story is progressing way too slowly and they just keep wasting time with chatter, instead of getting to the point. I noticed this in the first couple of episodes from a scene or two, but the pacing was better. I was more willing to let it slide then.

I agree, I have similar thoughts on A/Z, but the soundtrack is so awesome, I pre-ordered when it pop up. :-)

Question, so does HG has any license rights to publish any artwork beyond Macross? Like MacrossII, Plus, 7, frontier?

While I'm re-watching Attack on Titan I'm thinking about how awesome it would look if it was live action using a Hollywood budget. I bet it'd be bigger than The Hunger Games!

Yes, I know the Japanese are working on a live action film on their so based on that information my expectations are low

Looks like,"Akame ga Kill!" will be the "it" anime for the summer season. The first episode is pretty brutal!

I stopped watching The Irregular at Magic High School because the male lead is just too OP. Every challenge that he faces is met with cool, calm, overwhelming force. This "high school student" seems to have a vast knowledge of the political state of the country and always makes the right decision, no matter what. Every girl is in love with him (including his sister, ugh) and all of the other students are forced to take a backseat to this guy. I might come back to finish the series, but right now... meh...

I take it as a twist on the harem genre. Almost all the harem anime I watched, it's about lots of girls loving a loser. Now this series give a good reason why all the girls want him. I'm just waiting for the rude awakening when he meets his match.

Agree with Mike, the clear trailer is fine, but the "gold trimmings"...that looks really bad.

$430 with the extras? That's totally worth it. In my area, sales tax would but a $400 system alone at $424.

got it for $430 after tax (it really hurt the wallet), but it came with extras (an extra controller, Killzone, 1 year of PSN Plus, 20 PSN dollars, and Elysium).

Saw the movie, 2.5 stars....If a movie is really good I can suspend disbelief and just enjoy it....this one made me ask....."If Elysium wanted to keep the riff raff out....why not just share your technology...at least the tech that seemed to make "the illegals" want to come "break into your homes" to get????

And Space travel has become so cheap that the dregs of society can afford it?
