Total bummer man. Sorry to hear that. My friend also got his from twin moons and the green clear visor on the head has a bunch of glue residue on it. He couldnt get it off. SUCKS

Got both of mine today from ebay. No issues on mine. They are perfect. The Vf0 is cool but I do not like the slight yellow looking plastic. It makes the toy look old as if the plastic was originally white but yellowed. The plastic is kinda cheap looking. But overall it is a cool toy. If you like the 1/48's you will like this. It is about the same just a different style. It's nice to get my first VF0 with perfect transformation and anime sculpt versus the obstacles and generations of the VF-1 we had to go through until we got the 1/48's.

I think the valks were more of a navy blue/black color, with a black diamond around the canopy, and a red band on the left wing. They were definetly black as I recall. I will try to find it to see which episode it was. I think it showed roy getting out of his valk and walks past them. And yes they were not strike versions.

I personally like the stealth color scheme. It does look a liitle roboteckie but the Stealth valks actually appear in the T.V. series and not some made up wanna be robotech. There are 3 or 4 all black valks sitting in the hanger in one of the early episodes of the macross series.

Kid K is busy with school. I just saw him in class recently. We spoke but not about macross. He kinda lost interest Yes his JM customs were awesome. The best I have ever seen. I liked his pilot detail the most.

The cost of the cases will depend on what you want. This was a custom job. The acrylic material quality are super high grade. Less glare resistance, UV protected, optically clear, slidding doors, mirror backing, and locks. I purposely chose these options so it was pretty expensive. The company I ordered from do not have online orders. They are mainly contracted with retail stores. Like I said I work for Walgreens so thats how I got them. There are private companies that you can order online but the problem with that is that 75% of the time they will be damaged in transit of delivery especially when the case is large. The best way is to look for an acrylic store around your area that does fabrication. So you can order and pick it up yourself. My cases themselves like the Autobot and deceptican cost around 750.00 each. The Macross case was a lot because it is so huge..... hope that helps

Those cases are made for retail stores. I work for Walgreens so I was able to order some for my personal use. The Fender is actually a Telie not a strat. I like the deep warm sound it gives out.
