I can't stand NASCAR, it's just so boring and repetitive... California Speedway is awesome, though. Went there for JGTC, loved that event. Can't wait for the next time ALMS is there. In other news, I'm going to be getting my WRX, pretty soon. I'll be hitting up some local rallycross events pretty quickly, gonna be a lot of fun.

I keep hearing talk of the comeback in a few years but never really seen anything. With the success of the new Mustang, it would seem illogical for GM not to respond much like the did in the 60's. Yeah, but GM's not exactly known for making decisions that make sense these days, are they?

Reika is an acceptable translation for the same Kanji, and is accurate to series pronounciation. The english translation on the Japanese site is irrelavent.

It just occurred to me, they really need some more naming creativity. I mean, the main character isn't very imaginative, the main girl is named after a car, and, the kicker The Gendou clone is named GEN fuDOU. I mean, seriously....

Yeah, I think they're just spending a lot of the time introducing the characters and themes of the series. My assumption is that things will get better after a while. Also, it does make more sense to have them failing and learining new things for a while, as opposed to just jumping in the machines and kicking ass.

Oh, we've never seen a series like that, before, have we? Seriously, though, I do agree. I really like that they combine together somewhat seamlessly. And, while I'm not too big on the colors, they look much better than I expected, as they're somewhat weathered and toned down, and I love the AC-esque designs.

FX5200 is the "budget" card in the FX line, and a generation behind current. The big difference, as has been said, is resolution. You can have a high-quality CRT, say a 19", for a bit over $200. Build a whole top-of-the-line rig for under 4000. That's still far short of the $7,000 or so that a high-end Plasma TV will run you.

As for the toy, the price isn't that odd when you do consider what you're getting. I mean, fully combined, they seem to be at least as big as the 1/48. They're much more complex, and full metal, so the price isn't all that bad when you realize that it's less than two 1/48s.

They use 'em for bombs on the 15E, though, right? Is it also possible to mount missiles on the F-15 CFTs?

OT, but I can't believe you'd actually buy anime at Suncoast. Every DVD is like 12 bucks cheaper at Best Buy. ADV titles, for example, are 29.99 at Suncoast, 17.99 at BB.

I think I may need a new airbrush. My needle is farted up, and, now the button won't pop up to close the valve when you release it, making fine control very hard.

Haha, my compressor doesn't even have a tank, maybe that's why I can't get a steady spray pattern. I thought the regulator would do a good enough job of that.... Maybe it's time to get some kinda tank?

Haha, that bird brings back memories of so many MSIA that my parrot trashed.... Good thing he never managed to get at any of my good stuff... He's also taken out at least half a dozen keyboards, though. We come home and find he's walked a couple rooms across the house and has pulled every single key out of the keyboard, and chewed many up.

Actually, I think they're in the Lucasfilm Archives. Overall, I was most impressed by the Annhilator-class Star Destroyer. The same kind of work that made up the original models went into this one. The Blue Five X-Wing is really cool, too, it's a very streamlined take on the airframe's design.
