    Wow! I commiserate with your problem, because I understand it well. I don't know, how to act: waiting for the end of COVID can be problematic because it can be end in the 2022 or late. The order was placed in the Nov 2019, the item was released in the June 2020. The PayPal can't help here. I can try ask about Tenso address, but i'm not sure that they will answer about it, thank @sqidd for the tips!

    At first, they told me than it is possible to send my order by DHL but it will be expensive. Then I asked about price and didn't get answer since middle of July. I sent a few emails and requests with repeated question by webform but with same result. So, the problem is with customer service, i think the Tenso will not help in my case. I don't know how i can contact with AE!

    Had anyone here issue with anime-export? I asked him about shipping, they provide me an answer and then after the question about details they stop answering.

    Hello! due to the pandemic, I had difficulties with delivering one parcel by EMS from the ShowZStore. It was delivered about 3 month (here is the tracking number EV924676767CN)! So, i asked ShowZStore about another shipping method, because regular post service working more faster for me now than EMS, and they answer that only EMS possible for parcels with big weight in my case. Maybe in your case there are the same situation with shipping due pandemic?

    Mine was transferred to the China post on January 17th. So, lets start to wait. Hope it will has the same perfect quality as Sazabi. I was really impressed when assembled it and start posing.

    According the experience of MB line i hope that Bandai will ignore MG line and will made own design for Freedom v2. And maybe it will be close to these 3p Metal Build figures, who knows? Anyway, last time there are too many 3p figures for me - Kshatriya, Sazabi, Sinanju, maybe Nu...

    I'm trying to wait Freedom v2 from Bandai and don't buy these KO (honestly, both of them looking great). And It will be funny if Bandai v2 release will be worst 3p China:D

    I dind't faced with any quality issue with this bad guy. I'm happy to handle it in my hand and putting on all tones of accessories.
