  1. You know what they say about a project never being finished, only put away until the next modification..
  2. Cheers! But I somehow doubt that enough people would be intrested in a 1/350 to get a discount lol. That does not change my desire for one mind you...
  3. I have not built one yet.. but judging on the dimensions of the deck measurement it is around 1/20000.
  4. A 430 meter ARMD should run about 17 inches in 1/1000 scale. (430 meters=16,929 inches divided by 1000 =almost 17 inches). And nothing has been discussed about price yet. He is still working on getting the files into Vector format. That is before determining how much materials &Shipping will be before deciding on a price point for the various scales that everyone is after. Shipping on a 1/350 version is going to be ill due to the size requirement. The flight deck has to be a minimum of feet long. It might be easier to just make the vector file for purchase and let us deal with the scaling and materials ourselves.
  5. My 1/350 Cyclops build WIP. The gloss finish led to some focusing issues with my Iphone, I will try to post better pictures tomorrow. The grey dried a lot lighter than expected so I will probably mask it off and paint over it with a darker shade. There are a lot of firsts on this build for me.. First resin kit, first panel line scribing, and first “garage kit” in general. Edit: Added 2 more pictures so it looks less like a lime slug..
  6. Jaw dropping good work. What colors did you use for the airbrushing?
  7. Any word on when they will available? I checked HLJ and they dont show up at all.
  8. Looking around on the net I find several instances of it being 430 or 450 meters long. In 1\350 that works out to be 4' and 4'2" (and change, but let’s keep working with whole numbers). In 1/285 (6mm) scale, it works out to 4'11" or 5'2". At that size owning a scale one is pretty much a pipe dream, but would be so awesome.
  9. I would pay good money to get a picture of my mail lady having to try to carry it... she is tiny and is not much taller than 5 foot tall herself lol. I am state side so any chance to avoid international shipping would be grand lol.
  10. If he can get it printed at 1/350 (about 5 foot long by three foot wide) I would be very interested in one for a gaming table centerpiece.
  11. This is really a nice kit.. but the main hull is so heavy I am having issues figuring out how to paint and mount it.
  12. I saved all of those pictures for reference.. hehe.
  13. Thanks.. its pretty much just a Black Aces scheme. I wanted a color test before I did my Elintseeker and all the 1:285th kickstarter models get here.
  14. Wow my modeling time has evaporated since I started this kit. I had some free time to work on it today, and am up to the gloss sealing stage. Next up is Decals and some weathering. The canopy is just sitting in place so I can work on the pilot some more (its still too sloppy for my tastes).
