Hey, I am after a sticker or decal set from a VF-1A Angel Birds either Yamato 1:48 or Hasegawa 1:48 kit if anyone has a set laying around they wish to sell me.

Next I'd love to see a TV Kakizaki or a TV VF-1A brownie at least. I recently picked up a Yammie 1/48 Angel Birds so I guess I'm happy to wait for that one a bit longer.

Besides I think I'd rather a Cavaliers before an Angel BIrds..

Thanks Noel , yeah I can't say my budget is very toy friendly at the moment either but I have missed out on a few of the previous PO's and got stung afterwards.

I think I'll definitely try with another preferably HLJ or the like as a back up as I still find it strange BIJ have opened up PO's so early..

I have only ordered a couple things from BIJ previously without any hick-ups so I thought I'd give them another go and pre ordered the VF-1D.

Fingers crossed it all goes through ok.

So.... Got caught up with family stuff and wasn't able to post 

My VF-1S arrived from Mandarake last friday. Is perfect, sealed minty fresh as their listing said. Couldn't be happier. 

I know I shouldn't be posting about it here but I'll keep it short.

NY did respond to my email regarding cancellation and refund and said we should leave it in PayPal's hands so I assume they are not contesting my demands. 

The other interesting development is I can no longer access my NY account. I'd say I've been banned now. Oh well its all on them as far as I am concerned, they did the bridge burning..

I was able to create an account, however, you cannot have the items shipped directly to you from the Doujin site.  You will need to use a proxy....the "official" proxy for the site seems to be one called AOCS-Anime Otaku Carry Service.....I have not heard of them before so I will read up and see what they charge to ship the items out of Japan.

I'm a bit jelly of all you guys who already have theirs! Really glad I found one on Manda and put in a claim against NY.

My DHL delivery eta has now revised to Monday 14th.. looks like it got delayed a little in Japan. Oh well.. I'll be on holidays by then so I'll be home to receive it.

Got shipping notification from Mandarake yesterday evening. 

If it arrives before the weekend great! If not either way as I'm on holidays for a month from this Friday anyways. 

I think I will also contact my bank and see what their thoughts on this are.. I will let PayPal do their thing in the mean time.

There was a legal matter thread on NY but it got out if hand as it should have merged with the NY thread and not the Toys section.
