Does anyone else have suggestions for fixing a loose head?

I tried tightening it, but it doesn't help. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I just got my replacement VF-1J (my previous one was sent with missing parts), but the head is really loose. It's not the black piece that snaps down, but the actual head. If it's facing left, I can lightly tap it and it'll swing all the way to the right. Is there anything I can do to remedy this?

So has anyone ever had some parts missing to their valk?

So are the arm pieces to the fast pack supposed to be connected to the arm when you take it out of the box? I just got mines today and I'm hoping that they're not missing.

Oops, I meant that fast pack part that goes on the arms.

For those that have the fastpack version, where are the arm cannons located in the box?

I just got the 1/48 vf-1j fast pack, but I can't find where the arm pieces to the fast pack parts are.

What kind of tools did you use to make the panel lines? Did you have to draw them in and wipe out the excess?
