HWjapan doesnt need upfront payments for items, until its ready then they ask for payment. i think u can ask save for help..

I think if comparing to yamato's VB-1 i will most probably be getting this i supposed.

I think for the internal coloring, it should be same as the yamato website's pics, plus the display set seems like a bit like prototype samples, and if i am not wrong the pilot seems not colored..

I did some research on the shipping, and EMS provide a tracking number for the customer, same for Air parcel. But SAL does not comes with the tracking number for us to track but according to my local office and japan post, they have ways to track it as well. Thus that is why i wan HLJ to start asking about the parcel. There is no way i could get in the contact with japan post and blame them since they do not provide email address for me to enquire on. The reason i am unhappy with the HLJ customer service is that they give u such standard SOP answers, and it does not answer my questions when i need clarifications. imagine you're asking a question on XXX, and they give you an answer to question YYY. Until today when i received the email replies then i am satisified with the explaination and clarification ( This time round they did a better job in explaining as it is not the usual SOP answers) But i am still waiting for the parcel still.

Mine has exceeded 35 days and still counting.. HLJ has been reminding me each time i send my email regarding help to trace, stating the item will take longest 45 days to reach, and only after 90 days then japanese post office will begin to investigate. I am so unhappy with their so call customer service and i am feeling so helpless... but lucky it's the mighty stand, not my VE-1.. otherwise i will be even more unhappy.

Anyone has a confirm date of release for VF-11C?

My VE-1 Arrived today in perfect condition, i love the valkyrie!!!! but however my mighty stand which shipped out earlier then my VE-1 by 8 days has yet to arrive... i am really wondering is it lost?? Counting the days it took to to reach my doorstep, it's more then 29 days.. sighs and i am still waiting for my mighty stand...

My package for my HWjapan arrived!! but then it's still waiting for my HLJ package which i estimate will take another 2 weeks.. and i hate waiting.. darn it... Counting the number of days from sending. VE-1: Sent 18 days ago Mighty Stand: Sent 26 days ago

Updated news again, the shop says it gonna be delay till feb... it could not be possibly delayed till such length and the dates keep changing and such. Might as well say my money is as good as gone, since they do not offer refunds.. stupid.

Well, just that the ppstage service is so bad nowadays at Japan side, wonder what happened? And with a useless tracking number, i think it's equals to holding something empty which might not do what you want it to do.. Nvm me.. i am just whinning why my packages are such problems, and i cannto control this problem...

Well I guess all I can do is wait.. And for my last purchase, I used ems but the tracking number doesn't work. All hwjapan said is ti wait few days for tracking to show up.. What sort of rubbish is this anyways??

My package from HLJ have yet to arrive yet!! My mighty stand been taking a long long time using SAL.. Been 22 days and counting down, and yet to have arrive at my door step. My VE-1 takes 14 days using SAL and yet to arrive.. and i live in asia, not the USA.. why does it takes so long to arrive? and HLJ is not much help in checking it at all... and my credit charge is charge for the amount already... Damn...

I want my VF-11c now... lol!!

Well to be honest, locally arent easy to get them, and i dun really care if they are limited, but i like the gamlin custom.. i called the shop and they said it be in before chinese new year.. hmm that could be a good news for me.

It was a re-stock pre-order by my local seller saying it's going to be out in dec.

Thanks Big Kid, the last news i heard was that the valkyrie was to be released in Dec period together with max & miria VF-22s. But never at least i can go for VE-1 ver 2.0!! hahaha.. (Wallet is running away in pain and agony .. again...) Anyways i am still waiting for this valkyrie to join my GBP-1S and YF-19 + my macross quarter.... =)

Waiting for my VE-1 and my yamato mighty stand... Hope they get here fast... but it should take a while since I'm shipping by SAL
