  1. just thought the pix belonged to this thread even though it's a yamato display....ing the VF-11B
  2. The replacement parts were ordered from over-drive-inc. In which over-drive made the request to yamato. it took about a month to hear back from over drive. but eventually they did send out my replacements. I thank God for that.
  3. I would probably say the tiny size has something to do with the transformation. Having a wave version, I would say they packed too much detail into that size. However with this large prototype from yammie I hope the can make it more accurate for the transformation. I'm looking forward to the yamato dyrl movie one simply because they never had a movie macross toy. For those tv fans there is always the '80's version. Who knows they might make a tv one also.
  4. The wing hinge had fractured and broke.
  5. We will find out in the coming months and also from ( mr. Scoop guy ) graham. When the time is right I m sure the details will work out.
  6. How about a review to go along with those pictures
  7. Yes, this is correct I'm gonna get this on top of.... 1/60 TV MAX, 1/60 Super VF-1J, along with other yamato stuff.
  8. when I ordered replacement parts for the 21 I called it what it was. in example right wing parts, fuselage parts behind the cockpit. etc. over drive is pretty good it may take a bit but there good.
  9. order replacement parts from over drive 3 dollars for parts and then chipping price. http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?showtopic=27901 www.over-drive-inc.com I order replacemnt parts for the yf-21 1/60 and two 1/48 VF's
  10. well I took out the measuring tape and stuck two items next to it. The bandai SDF which is about 16 inches and a 1/60 v2. VF-1A with super packs. check out the picture. It's cool, I'm down with at least 1. for the minimum. but the price could use some adjustment since Japan economy is shoty lately. the price needs work.
  11. [wishful thinking] I hope that one of the gimmics is that you can take the center piece of the body out to reveal macross city or maybe swapable main guns or launchable mini VF like the bandai TV version or even full detail inside the bridge that would be awesome. or even a lighting system so it can be displayed at night oooh that would be cool. [/wishful thinking] Maybe would follow suit and be like the Gigantic Lego Star Destroyer with internal scenes to it. Where you can take apart a cross section to see the internal part parts. How about a compartment on the ARMD-01 to reveal a vf- hangar bay. either way price, or no hefty price I am happy and was expecting yamato to get this one going right. Especially for the DRYL movie Version which I've always liked. I would probably would have to get my friend who own a toy store in LA to get this on for me so I could get it at a decent price. Though ordering if from hlj gets me a minty fresh on. I'm in on this DYLR Version so my wave version can have a BIG brother Yamato version. we'll have to see how things pan out. looking forward to seeing the details of this baby. Kudos, Yamato for making a DYRL. just make it affordable so we can by two, or three one to keep. one to play, one extra to sell; because the play one well I going to play with till it breaks.
  12. ditto. Thanks Save for posting your site up with pix's.
  13. cool! :blowup I'm in if the price range is around the $200 range.
  14. I personally like the 1/48's, they are the best in fighter mode; while across the board their size is what draws me more to the 1/48's. However, I do like the 1/60 v2. for the sheer ability to just move them around from the home to the office and back.
