    I've heard of RT fans commenting when the Organic Mecha of the Haydonites was conceptualized... I think they were trying to insinuate that the Vajra was copied off from them, I'm not sure if I saw that in the RT Boards though.

    My friend just told me that the previous earthquakes were "peanuts" compared to the one just now. I stayed there for a while (2 years) and although I felt a lot of earthquakes during my stay there they said that this was the worst experience for them so far.

    Well other than that feature, the Main gun looks similar to Galaxy's and even 7's Main Gun... We already know how Battle 7 fires it's main gun...

    Question... I noticed that battle frontier doesn't use the 4 barrels on it's main gun but rather the one below it... do those 4 barrels have been used? I think I saw Macross Galaxy fire using it but not battle frontier....

    True, but only because they dubbed in in Filipino (hehe). I did get a Chance to watch that in 1986. Yuyu Hakusho was a 90's anime (and yes it was Marketed at Ghost Fighter... those really weird names, Genkai was Master Jeremiah, and Ko-Enma was Master Jericho...WTF!). DBZ was late 90's and was dubbed 2007 or 2008. I think HG didn't see the Philippines as a viable market I guess... so we have Yamato Macross toys in Shelves

    Robotech didn't make much of an Impact here... Never heard of it until I was in college, and I'm not sure if it was shown on Star World or Cartoon Network... if there was an anime that made waves here it would be DBZ.

    I'm not sure, but Lynn Minmay was Maria, Ichijo Hikaru was Rick Hunter and Misa was Misa (I didn't recall her last name, I was in primary school at the time haha). I'm not sure about the Harmony Gold Theme though but it was Entitled Macross when it was shown here. I'm not sure who did the Dubbing though, maybe it's the same people who Dubbed Voltes V and General Daimos that made it popular here.

    The Gerwalk configuration for the VF-17 is different compared to any of the other valkyries.... It doesn't use any hands to carry weaponry, in it's place are two lasers. (although I did see that gamlin tried to extend a hand in one of the episodes of M7) @Seito, yeah I did see the gunpod on the VF-171EX on Episode 24 when Alto was doing his Hikaru impression.

    Is it just me or is that the VF-171 has slim legs for it to be ejecting a gun pod. I don't think there was footage of those.

    If you could make the vf-27 into the "hero" mecha, the pilot should be a cyborg. Maybe there would be a story that would make an ace pilot critically injured in a fight, then converted into a cyborg. I do like the modularity of the VF-25, even the armored pack makes it awesome. But it did lack some of the features that other hero valks had then: Internal Missile Bays. If the super pack or armored pack are destroyed, only has the head turret laser and his Gunpod to fight with. I think in MF, the VF-19 and the VF-22 can still keep up with the VF-25 (at least against the VF-171EX)

    Some of the things I wondered in M7... Just started re-watching them too... I stopped at the carnival where there were old valkyries and an HWR-00 Monster with 3 old pilots (hehe) 1. Are those still buildings sticking out of the dome of City 7 2. Gravity rules are applied in the milky road... I mean you can drive from one ship through another via the milky road... what happens if a one ship strays too far a way? I guess this was fixed in Frontier by having Island Clusters instead of multiple ships. 3. Explosions due to battle outside cause winds to be blown inside City 7.

    I noticed that Mazinkaiser's Theme was sung by JAM Project, a group where Fukuyama Yoshiki is now a part of Here is Gamia (actually there are 3 of them which is why there is a Q3 designation)

    Shiro is the Luckiest of them all (although he turned golden brown in the end hahahaha) It's too bad that Lori and Loru keep dying (I think they even died in the new series) by being squeezed there

    Sometimes it's a necessary evil for some franchises to survive.... I mean batman was way way back and it keeps on just reinventing itself... either that or you kill off the series since the franchise is 40 or 50 years old...
