So Yoyakunow came back promptly on Sunday (yes! On their off day) and clarified on the misunderstanding. Because I had previously chosen the "storage" option, they will not send me any shipping notice even when all items have arrived. So the lesson learnt here is to keep track of the release dates and check back with them to initiate the shipping process. But I must say I'm impressed by their customer service

Thanks to today's VT-1 pre order, I realised Yoyaku messed up my Hi Metal R VF-1A Max and Kakizaki orders. Due to busy work schedules, I have overlooked the release dates. They haven't sent me any shipping notice, hope I do not need to go thru the NY fiasco. Just dropped them a message to find out what happened.

NY has not shipped my TV supers either. They are also silent about it when I raised ticket enquiring about the status of the item.

Hi MWers More bad news for people who placed multiple orders from HLJ. It seems that they will indeed enforce 1 piece per account policy very soon. And people who don't cancel thier multiples may get their account banned. This is the email I received from them today:
