Dark had great world building and character arcs, but the concept got very bloated in the later episodes. There are some graphics avaible if you really want to untie the knot of the timelines. It still comes to a satisfying solution IMO, unlike the recent time loop based "Bodies" on Netflix.

    Just finished season 1.

    So far pretty good!!

I hope a satisfying end is the same conclusion I come to.

I’m tired of the usual time and multiverse stuff, so I’ll probably skip it unless I hear it’s really great, but so far it sounds like just another of the same gimmicks

U have a point. I just happy to have a break from Hollywood. Really enjoying a lot of foreign films and TV series.

You are overstating the importance of ESG by a broad margin. A company like Disney can get financing regardless of their score. Some companies drink the Kool-aid though and convince themselves that metrics that show higher ESGs are tied to companies with more satisfied employees and better results are fact. There are very similar things for environmental footprint. At the end of the day, the company must show that the ESG bias leads to value for investors and being a loss generating machine in preference of ESG doesn't do that. They might be over focused on it right now, but it's not like they or other companies HAVE to be.

Thanks for your reply jenius! I've always enjoyed your point of view over the years :) I respect our differences in opinion.

.... I am looking forward to Napoleon. And The Last Voyage of the Demeter!!!

'Not sure how we got into Disney's social & economic choices but tread carefully.

My comment was in reference to the fact that even though an article title is a possible Gargoyles movie, it's debunked in the same article and yet we got comments like:
"It’s Disney, so I’ll keep my expectations low, really low, really really low"
"loved those cartoons as a kid! Hope they do good by it."

    I'll tread carefully.

    Sorry for the derailment. :good:

  4. Nobody is excited about the next Disney movie, except the bots in comment sections & the bots in critic/audience scores.

Disney makes a "profit" off every movie that bombs. That's why they don't care what the audience thinks & explains why they're happy to attack the fanbase.

It's called an ESG (Environmental Social Governance) score.

It's basically a financial bailout corporations receive if they adhere to the ESG policy. Most corporations are captured by this policy. If a corporation refuses to comply with this ESG policy they go broke by not being eligible for:

    *loans

*Transacting with other ESG compliant companies.

Next time you ask yourself the question " Is this company crazy. Willingly destroying their own brand?"

No. They know exactly what they're doing. They're destroying their own brand to remain financially solvent. That's why boycotting them doesn't work.

  5. I cancelled my pre-order for Gatchaman Ken after the reviews concerning the soft rubber "collapsing" chest. Cape doesn't sit flush with the neck. Top heavy with the capes. (Although I appreciate the cape options & think they look fantastic)

It's a shame, was looking forward to this fig for a long time.

But am surprised & interested in the Jun announcement. Hopefully SC listens to feedback.

Beat the hell out of my October prediction, huh?

    It did indeed sir:yahoo:

There seems to be a post lockdown release onslaught/catch up with various companies I've noticed.

It was a "blink and you miss it" YouTube short with Ken.

This guy is gonna sell out quick.

He doesn't seem to have a great ROM in a kneeling pose...but I bet with that static cape that he comes out of the box with, would provide a great kneeling pose with the ab crunch!!!

Whoever marketed these recent killer poses has upped the ante finding new poses!!

I hope Joe is next :hail:

  7. That cloth on Dana makes the toy look cheap. I can't go near cloth ever since the Beagle Mospeada.

That's a shame, I was really looking forward to this figure. Will wait for more pics to decide if I cancel.

I predict seam tears & cloth replacement tutorials in the near future. Which I have no interest in watching or attempting myself.

I'm getting old, I don't remember anyone asking for cloth? Should've taken a survey. Know your customer base. We're the ones that have to deal with it.
