  1. I'm gonna buy the TV set from animeniacs.com I've dealt with them before, they're in the US, and always do a good job for me. I guess at less than $1 per episode, you can't go wrong.
  2. Kinda reminds me of the "bits/funnel" system in Gundam, with little drones flying around helping the pilot out, though not controlled by Newtype powers of course. It will be interesting to see what kind of battle they are used in.
  3. I've only seen up to about ep 40. Very good show. Love the weird strategies endless talk about said strategies. Did you see english subtitled eps all the thru to 110?
  4. I took multiple pics of the text, but some of it is less than perfect. The first page should be complete though. Did you look at the pics1.htm or just that first page? I can take more pictures if someone is interested in translating.
  5. Heh, I don't want news, I want to hear interesting info from the creators, or whatever.
  6. I took some digicam pictures of 4 pages from the October 1983 edition of My Anime magazine. The pics aren't the best. I made one webpage for each page of the magazine, and one of misc pics. One interesting picture was of a Toy or Model Legioss and Ride Armor. Anyone know what they are. Here's the page with the pic. http://www.mrtwo.net/mr2modproject/toys/my...magazine/01.jpg Here are the pages... http://www.mrtwo.net/mr2modproject/toys/my...azine/pics1.htm http://www.mrtwo.net/mr2modproject/toys/my...azine/pics2.htm http://www.mrtwo.net/mr2modproject/toys/my...azine/pics3.htm http://www.mrtwo.net/mr2modproject/toys/my...azine/pics4.htm And a page of misc pics from the articles. http://www.mrtwo.net/mr2modproject/toys/my...azine/pics5.htm
  7. The only obscure shows I can remember liking a lot were Galaxy Rangers, and Bravestar I think. I remember most of the shows that have been mentioned in this thread. Trippy. I remember having a conversation about old cartoons with some dudes that were like 5 years older than me (I'm 29), and they listed a ton of really weird shows that must have only lasted for a year or two in the late 70's early 80's that I'd never heard of. Speaking of Go Bots, you can see my carded Go Bots in this pic. I had quite a few back in the day. You could get like 4 for the price of one Transformer. What a bargain. Guess I was the poor kid http://www.mrtwo.net/mr2modproject/toys/toys1/14.jpg

  10. That's how I watched Mospeada and Votoms, Netflix.
  11. Looks great! Are these things manned? They look like they have a cockpit.

  14. Third Strike is still one of the biggest competition fighting games still (as in people from around the world compete). Great game. Can't wait for it to come to M.A.M.E. but it will probably be a while yet.
  15. Uploading these now. They are in 96kbps (except for Orguss which is 128), but sound great anyways.
  16. I didn't see the difference except that the new one is much quieter Anyone want to host the following Soundtracks?... Southern Cross 1 and 2 Mospeada 1 and 2 Orguss I'll try to setup an FTP server tonight.
  17. I have a version without any jet sounds from way back - 1997. Download this, and rename from .txt to .mp3 I'm only leaving it up for a few days, because I don't want to upset my webhost. Voices Dub

    Q-Rau price

Ha, that'd be sweet, a bunch of those 18 inch spidermen hanging all over the house
  19. Shouldn't reach anywhere near $500. I just picked up the much rarer 1/40 Nikick Mass Production, and Olson Special for about $200 and $300, and the regular Orgroid normally sells in the $150 to $175 range.
