  1. Good movie. Not groundbreaking, but entertaining. Really felt Boseman in the tributes which, IMO, were well done. Nice action sequences, but it dogged down in spots and it could have used a bit more editing. In fact, the whole arc with Riri could have been cut and it would have lost nothing. In the same vein, it ran a bit too long, and I felt the climactic battle sequence was a little underdone. Same with recreating the plant to get the Black Panther powers back. It just didn't feel that exciting. But... On Ironheart, isn't there already a successor to Iron Man, his daughter? I thought I saw that in trailer...
  2. Looks and sounds like a bad-timing incident, which is most likely, barring a mechanical failure in the 63.
  3. @Urashiman, did the kit come with all those clamps?! Just kidding. It is sure to go together nice for you.
  4. Bad air accident in Texas. A collision between a P-63 and a B-17, both aircraft down hard. https://www.nbcdfw.com/news/local/reports-of-plane-crash-during-air-show-at-dallas-executive-airport/3123720/
  5. A sad day! I'm going to have to youtube his routines tonight! Thank you Gallagher for all the laughs!
  6. They have certainly put a lot into it, which I love. I hope it all translates well to the screen.
  7. I think it's like another year at least until the 'last' season, but I'd already be anxious for any follow-ups!
  8. @wm cheng Don't sell yourself short. Or assume that your build may not place. At the last show I went to, one of the models I entered was Airfix's 1/48 Race 80 Spitfire. A model I know I made a fair number of mistakes on. I still got first place against a dozen other models that, to my eye, looked so much better. Sometimes it is best to let others be the judge, rather than ourselves.
  9. And in the tradition of Macross, no elevators! Whenever possible, I always get paint masks, they make it so much easier. Your build is looking good in prime!
  10. @wm cheng that is one Phantastic Phantom!
  11. A phenomenal level of work @MechTech!
  12. With most shows on streaming, I'm not looking for blockbusters. TRoP was good and enjoyable, if not terribly exciting. I have better hopes for the next season. Solo, being mentioned, was a good movie, but suffered, as mentioned, as following after the new trilogy sequel and because of the drama behind the camera. But it was good, certainly. She-hulk I really like! It's not a usual, by the numbers superhero show, even if that was intended, but a quirky, day in the life of a hulk and I enjoyed it immensely for that. I would be disappointed if they didn't give it a second season, at least. I would never consider that a bomb. As for Willow, nostalgia is leading right now but I'm liking what I'm seeing in the trailers.
  13. Some good looking work, @arbit Looks better with those changes. @SpacePirateNeko Looks like you'll be having fun with that Falcon. What's the scale?
  14. Alright. so I got 23 seconds into that. I'll wait and see for myself what's up.
  15. My Summer Story in 1994 and then there was a Christmas Story 2 in 2012. But yes, with this have far more of the original cast, I'd call this a true sequel. However, they could be viewed (loosely) as one saga.
  16. But you're an adult now, so the choice yours. Maybe plan this as next years Halloween costume. Get a 'uniform' together, get the hair and shaded aviators, and off you go!😉
  17. I thought the first season was over and this was second. Good episode. Won't go into details, but there is a nice flashback scene and we see the threat that the ship represents.
  18. @Urashiman I have those too! A few have broken or snapped, as they can be fragile, but they are cheap with good tension.
  19. @derex3592 48 times to get it right!😀
  20. Squadrons of those babies should be flying!
  21. Actually, the first Voyager is past the heliosphere. Interstellar traveler baby!
