Yamato Open Showroom event had a showcase of stuff that Yamamto is currently considering developing, but I was told only one as of now is going forward. Can't say which one it is but it should be announced soon.

Wonder Festival 2011 (winter) News!!!
Yamato will be presenting its VF-19FIRE in all its three forms (fighter, gerwalk and battroid) and a sound booster mock. Also an upgrade kit (?) for the 1/60 VF-1 unpainted kit.

Yamato is releasing PE parts as an optional upgrade kit for the PT 1/60 VF-1.
It will probably be available this month for 1,260 yen (tax included) (unit price: 1,200 yen).
The item will be sold as a limited edition only at Yamato Online Shop.
It follows the release of the 1/60 PT VF-1 unpainted kits, it’s centred around the cockpit detail, nose radar, engine intakes and the tip of the gun and lasers. The nose radar is only compatible with the unpainted kit.
