  1. Thanks Tochiro, cypherxv... Like I said, I've never ordered an import game so I just wanted to make sure that was in the proper range to expect and whatnot. Yeah, budget allowing I'll probably pick it up... I saw some of the videos and was pretty thrilled with what I saw.
  2. No one here has any advice on the best place(s)/way(s) to order this?
  3. I've messed with playing some of the old Macross games via emulation, but Macross 30 looks pretty awesome and I've read that the PS3 isn't region locked for games... So the question is, what is the least expensive option for ordering Macross 30? I've briefly searched it on eBay and such and the minimum I've found is $85ish. Is that about the normal of what I should expect, or is there a place I can get it for a lower cost? I'm not even sure how expensive Japanese games are vs. the usual U.S. price, so any input would be appreciated.
  4. PCSX2 is a Playstation 2 emulator... It's come a long way, plays most stuff pretty well or perfectly now (I've played ACE3, SDF Macross, Battlecry, FF12, Aggressive Inline, etc. with no issues), so I think it's a viable option. As far as "argh", if you are going to enjoy using it I don't think there is anything to regret either, emulators are great but obviously there's no beating original hardware. As to playing SDF Macross in English, the console isn't going to effect the game's language, I'm pretty sure that game is only in Japanese...
  5. Just out of curiosity, what bugs are you referring to? I just got done playing both Battlecry and SDF Macross on PCSX2 smooth as glass, and with higher res and anti aliasing...
  6. I haven't had much luck finding the VO add-ons... The Macross Games .torrent is downloading exceptionally slowly (when it's going at all) and the only other link here to the add-ons is an invalid Yahoo briefcase. I tried the VO Hangar, but all links there are broken. Is there anywhere else to download the add-ons?
  7. Hey... Long time listener, first time caller... Well, you get the idea... Anyway, recently got MacVO and got it running, but wanted to find out if there is somewhere to just get the addons for it? I've seen mention of them being included in the megatorrents and such (which I have had a difficult time with anyway), but already have the game and the patch/english translation going. If there anywhere to get just the add-ons? I tried the VO Hangar, but the links there are deeeead.
