  1. Yeah, that's the feeling I have about it. I'll see it, but I'll wait for the DVD.
  2. Yeah that's me. This was a commission build that my customer backed out on. So...ebay it went.
  3. Here was mine I finshed. I had just started another thread about it though. http://www.flickr.com/photos/19951055@N07/...57622869742986/
  4. This was a great kit to do. It was built from the Hasagawa 1/48 YF-19 kit. It was fun. http://www.flickr.com/photos/19951055@N07/...57622869742986/
  5. Don't forget to add the billy club/nightstick/cattle prod thingy.
  6. Seems to still be working. Did ya try copying the URL and pasting it in the browser or refreshing your browser?
  7. This should work. http://new.photos.yahoo.com/thewildkingdom...460762377700763
  8. The D doesn't have the notch so the lengthened nose cone still reaches the leg connection in battroid. On a A frame, a D nose is too long and the legs wouldn't reach the attachment points (hips joints). They'd be just a little too far from the fighter to battroid leg hydraulics. That's why a VF-1D is slightly taller than A-J-S in battroid.
  9. The art is based off the custom model from the book, not the other way. That book was first and then the art made it 'official'. (Like how VFs used to have 3 hardpoints until Hasagawa models came along then all the art changed to 5 hardpoints.) It is similar to the Elint head, but noticably different like a D to a J are similar. The real problem is the standard A-S-J body with the D nose. It couldn't really transform to battroid on that airframe.
  10. The way I understood it, was the VEFR was an offensive ECM platform, actively fighting the enemy with ECM weapons. The Elint was more passive in it's role like a AWACS in keeping comms and formations together. Kinda like one jamming the enemies missiles and radar while the other coordinates the attack. BTW, the VEFR does have a head under the dish similar to the Elint, but can't do FAST packs. That probably means it could fly in atmosphere. The VEFR is based from a VF-1A-J-S frame with a VF-1D nose, while the Elint is based from the Ostrich.
  11. I had started work on a conversion kit about a year ago, but figured nobody'd be interested with the Elint readily available. There've been a few nice conversions done though.
  12. All I see is black boxes with 'x' in them. The link to the Battroid Tread is cool. Nice work. That kit does need some reworking though if you plan to cast them. I'm in for one. What does the 'full armored' Tread look like? I got a buncha Mospeada references, and never heard of that.
  13. Just a shameless plug and heads up. http://www.starshipmodeler.com/cfstore/ind...;Product_ID=779
  14. Any rough timeline when I might need to come up with the cash for mine?
