(from what I can tell, it's way too wide in the forward section, in the anime the nose of the ship always looked taller than it was wide, and here it looks the other way around.) It'd be the size of a 1/350 modern aircraft carrier, or one of the big Space Battleship Yamato kits, so not completely unheard of, just unlikely.
