    Bandai just proved to us that they are very much capable of not destroying a beautiful valk with excessive tampo, but they choose to do it anyway (Angel Birds, YF-21, etc.).

    That's just.. they need to title it the "Never touch me" edition. I wouldn't bet the chrome will last through a single transformation cycle. This is literally one you pose once, then lock it behind glass, or better yet, seal it in resin for eternity.

    Love that song and that entire album. It’s such a great song that Ghost recently did a Grammy nominated cover of it. Although I prefer the original album version. I just can’t get enough of Steve Harris on bass and this song doesn’t try to drown it out

    I actually think it looks far better than their usual joints in the torso. The arms are what bug me. The elbows look too blocky and the skin cancer on the outside of his arms is a bit too much. If they wanted it to look like hair, they should’ve gone with thinner lines

I think I posted a picture of the box about 4or5 pages back when someone else asked what he was building, but I think that since he’s getting to the finish line and things are looking great so far, it won’t be long before his completed pics show up and will put that box art to shame

    If they don't release Chogokin Macross labeled gloves, they are leaving money on the table. Again I like it a lot, but the finger smudges are going to drive me crazy

    I disagree withbthe use ofnthe diaphragm joint on Wolverine here. The swivel/crunch would serve the costume better. Belt covers the waist swivel and the crunch helps maintain the vertical blue look along the sides

    This is apparently an Akane Hououji, of whom & what I have totally no idea. It’s just one of those occasional cheap prize figures I throw in when buying stuff from Mandarake, so to get lower unit shipping.

    I like it. I think it will be fun in hand. Having said that, while we have a gun here, I don't like that we don't see missiles in fighter mode. That gives me Angel Bird vibes, and I want missiles. Hell, I want strike parts!
