Sponichi Annex has reported that voice actor Kenji Utsumi passed away from cancerous peritonitus at a hospital in Shinjuku at 15:01 today.
Utsumi’s most famous role was that of Raoh from Fist of the North Star, but he was also known by Macross fans as Colonel Millard Johnson from the OVA and movie editions of Macross Plus. He was aged 75.
